Streszczenie
W artykule podjęto kwestię roli KTN w internacjonalizacji działalności badawczo-rozwojowej. Usystematyzowano uwarunkowania i motywy zmian w organizacji sfery R & D w korporacjach. Rozważania skoncentrowano na uchwyceniu roli KTN w dystrybu cji globalnej działalności R & D, a także na możliwie kompleksowej analizie R & D realizowanych w zagranicznych filiach KTN oraz ich znaczeniu dla krajów lokalizacji.

Abstract
In the article, it has been the question of the meaning of TNCs in the internationalization of research and development activities. Taxonomic conditions in the themes and considerations on the drivers of the changes of the organization of TNCs R & D have been made. Considerations focus on capturing the role of TNCs in global distribution of R & D, as well as a comprehensive analysis of R & D in foreign subsidiaries and their importance for the countries of location.
