Artykuł przedstawia problematykę należności w przedsiębiorstwie handlowym na rynku urządzeń i instalacji sanitarno-grzewczych. W czasach kryzysu szczególnego znaczenia nabierają należności przeterminowane. Godny zauważenia jest sposób podejścia do nich. Chcąc utrzymać stałych klientów i nie dopuścić do ich upadłości, dostawca ponosi koszty ich kredytowania nie naliczając odsetek od należności.

The article presents issues regarding receivables turnover in a trade company on the sanitary and heating market. In times of crisis, overdue receivables are particularly important. What is worth noting is the approach to them. To keep loyal and regular customers and to prevent their bankruptcy, the supplier bears the costs of their trade credit by not charging interest on overdue receivables.
